Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. 

To start a return, please contact us at sales@longplankflooring.com and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as non-returnable as well as used or opened items are ineligible for returns or refunds.
